Staffs are super friendly and attentive . They saw our backache,quickly help to move luggages. Breakfast was excellent with different styles each day. Freshly made upon arrival . Room was clean and well equipped.

Perfect location for visiting Taitung

The room was clean and great with a great shower and lots of hot water. The location is perfect - right in the heart of Taitung.

No lift and we were on the 4th floor but we managed. Communication was tough but we understood each other eventually so that worked out as well.

Great location. The host was very enthusiastic to help us get to know the area. The balcony is a plus with lots of plants and birds in the morning.

The rooms were built with gyprock sheets so sound proof was not ideal. The guests opposite our room came back late and noisy.

The hostess was so nice and lovely. She tried to answer all our questions and she even helped arrange a taxi for the harbour. The location is very close to the beach and we were able to take the bicycles provided early in the morning.

This is simply a great B&B to stay in this town. The host truly care about her guests and her property. Bus station is only a 10 minutes walk away.

The hotel is in a really convenient location, the staff is extraordinarily helpful, nice, and caring, and the building and the rooms themselves are pretty nice to look at! The breakfasts were great, too. Highly recommended!

Really nice staff! Wonderful location. We enjoyed the balcony and view. The bed was very comfortable.

Fantastic, comfortable stay with super-friendly staff!

We had a great stay at Venice B&B! The room was really big, had a lovely terrace and everything we needed. The breakfast was nice and catered for us being vegetarian. The staff were really friendly. They didn't speak much English and we don't speak any Chinese, but even so they helped us arrange a taxi to and from the ferry port for Green Island.

In case you need to get away early for anything, breakfast is only served from 8am. The room we stayed in was up on the 4th floor and there's no lift so not so good if you've got heavy cases or aren't good with stairs.

Comfortable and convenient stay not too far from Taitung city centre

The rooms were really clean and quiet. The location is fairly close to the city centre, so it's really accessible. The hotel also has it's own parking lot across the street, which was super useful, since it's difficult to travel around Taitung without a vehicle. The breakfast was not too heavy, which is ideal when you have an adventure packed day planned out in the natural beauty of Taitung. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, showing you places on the map for you to visit.

Not the most eco-friendly hotel. There is a water dispenser on the 2nd floor, which is super useful, however unlike most other places in Taiwan that no longer provide plastic straws, this hotel still gives you a plastic straw when you order drinks at the cafe downstairs.
